Confirm a trainee is ready

A short scored check plus the hands-on gates for the role. Passing the check (80%+) and confirming the gates produces a sign-off record — the trigger for Culinary Admin to elevate the user out of View Only. On pass, a completion record (name, email, brand, location, module, and score) is sent to the Training Records system; you can also print or save the record at the end.

Note: the record can only be generated once the knowledge check is passed and every hands-on gate is confirmed. That is what "training confirmed" means.
