How sending works. This builds the lists and pre-fills emails. Use the per-person Email button (opens Outlook), Copy all addresses, or Export CSV for a mail-merge. For fully automatic scheduled sending on Microsoft 365, build the Power Automate flow in the setup guide — these same templates drop right in.

How this dashboard gets its data

There's no server behind this page, so it reads two files you control. They are the source of truth; the dashboard computes everything from them.

1 · User roster users.csv

Who exists and what role they're training for. Export from Galley, Microsoft 365, or maintain by hand. Columns (header row required):

name, email, role, location, company, start_date

role = the target role (Culinary Coordinator, Field Operator, Field Manager, Registered Dietitian, Corporate Coordinator, Culinary Admin, Activation Lead, or View Only). start_date = ISO date (YYYY-MM-DD), used for the Day-30 window. Other columns optional.

Who finished what, produced by the Assessment & Sign-Off tool's Export button (or maintained by hand). Columns:

email, role, score, date_completed, assessor

Three ways to load

  • Privacy: employee data is never stored on the server. Uploaded or pasted data stays in your browser session only and clears on refresh.
  • Upload / paste: use the Import buttons (CSV or a pasted API/JSON response).
  • API feed: have a Power Automate flow or script export fresh files into the folder on a schedule; the dashboard reads the latest each time it opens.

Privacy

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored anywhere by this page — close it and the data clears. Save state by keeping your CSVs and using Export report.
